Ronnie has made two music videos. The two songs performed were “Johnny B Goode” by Chuck Berry and “I Got You Babe” by Sonny & Cher.
One is a song about the love and happiness of having each other, while the other is a song about a country boy that plays a mean guitar and is destined for stardom. Ronnie enlisted the help of a mean guitar playing friend for one video, and the help of his "one love" for the other video.
Keep in mind, we understand these performances are in no way Grammy Award worthy performances.
“Johnny B Goode” has been Ronnie’s signature song since the early 70’s and became his anthem a little later when his association with Abraxas began. The band would finish the night by calling Ronnie on stage to sing “Johnny B Goode”, and at times, asking willing females to join him on stage for the finale. The lyrics were changed to “Ronnie B Goode”. Since then, Ronnie has had the opportunity to appear on stage a number of times as a guest vocalist to sing "Johnny B Goode"
The second music video is "I Got You Babe", Sony and Cher's class hit performed by Ronnie and Mimi as their playfully romantic song.
The third music video is actually Ronnie and Mimi’s ride experience captured on video on Universal Studio Orlando’s new Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit Roller Coaster, which is set to the music of ZZ Top’s “Sharp Dressed Man"
